Optimize Tab¶

The Optimize tab contains various features related to optimizing Vericut. All features will be summarized on this page but each hyperlinked feature can be clicked on to see a more detailed description for more information.

Optimize Control — opens the Optimize Control window enabling you to optimize files, specify the file to receive the optimized data, choose the type of stock material and NC machine involved in the cutting the workpiece.

Optimize — this button runs the Optimize Control window with a single click.

Compare Files — opens the Compare NC Program Files window enabling you to select and compare the original NC program file and the optimized NC program file.

Graphs window — opens the Graphs window which provides a graphical representation of the data generated by Force.

Savings Calculator — opens the Optimization Savings Calculator window enabling you to calculate part savings and total workshop savings associated with using Optimization.
